The Loma Verde complex was designed by the world renowned Lanzarote born architect / designer César Manrique and is located in the exclusive and highly sought after area of Puerto del Carmen known as Los Mojones.

The complex boasts beautiful large communal swimming pools with ample terrace areas as well as a pool bar and shop. The beach, shops, bars and restaurants of the old town are a 5 minute walk away.

The apartment has 1 double room, 1 twin and 1 smaller room with bunk beds. All bedrooms have fitted or built-in wardrobes. There is a large bathroom with walk-in shower, a fully equiped kitchen with hob, cooker iron and ironing board.

Outside there is a table and chair set to enjoy a light meal and a glass of wine whilst you relax.
