The apartments are divided over 3 levels and fully equipped for 5 people, with 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 family size bathroom, including 2 sinks and a shower unit.
There is a large living area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, fridge, kettle, toaster etc., and private terrace or balcony with either sea or pool views, or both.
Communal heated swimming pool and separate children’s pool
Whilst located a few minutes walk from the beach, and main Avenida with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, the complex is well placed for public transport for clients wishing to explore Playa Blanca, Costa Teguise, Tias or the capital Arrecife.
The apartments may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties due to the presence of stairs to access the complex.
