Our apartment offers very spacious yet homely accommodation for families and couples wishing to enjoy the year-round sunshine of Lanzarote. The apartment is located on a small, quiet, friendly, low-level residential complex in the tasteful resort of Playa
There are 3 bedrooms: a very large double bedroom, a slightly smaller twin bedroom (pictured), and a much-smaller twin bedroom which is ideal for children but still suitable for adults. The larger two bedrooms have built in wardrobes, and back out onto rustic land with mountain views.
We also have a separate, modern, fully equipped kitchen (although once you've sampled one of Playa Blanca's many lovely restaurants you probably won't want to stay in and cook!). The apartment is first floor ( with no-one above!) and has its own private stairway with a lockable gate at the bottom.
On arrival you will receive a welcome pack containing the essentials to get you started, e.g. water milk bread butter etc. Our friendly English representative, who lives just a couple of doors away, will be available to contact throughout your holiday in case of any problems or difficulties. There will also be an information pack with essential contact numbers, including details of doctors, dentists, hospitals, etc.
The complex enjoys the tranquility of being situated away from the resort centre; although it is still within easy walking distance. The resort's beaches and main bars/restaurants are about a 20 minute stroll away. It is a pleasant flat walk, with no hills and no busy roads. Alternatively, it takes about 2-3 minutes via car/taxi (taxis are cheap, around 2-3 euros, and the phone number is contained in the information pack). There is a small supermarket close by.

Services: Welcome pack on arrival. Our friendly English representative, who lives next door but one, will be on-hand in case of any difficulties. Linen changed once weekly, towels twice weekly.

Lounge: Large bright modern lounge, with seating for 6, dining area, Satellite TV (31 English speaking channels), Video, DVD, CD, Radio, Cassette. Selection of books, CDs, DVDs, videos and children's games.
Swimming Pool: Large pool, with children's paddling pool.
Balcony: Large sunny balcony, south facing, totally private, with patio furniture & parasol, and a barbeque.
Level: This is a 1st/top floor apartment with no-one above. Private (not shared) secure stairs.
Other facilities: Small supermarket nearby (about 3 min walk), 2 pay-phones on the complex, easy parking - right outside the apartment.
Resort Offers: Fantastic beaches, various water sports/rides, scuba diving, boat trips, children's play-park, bungee trampolines, mini golf, ferry to Fuerteventura, shops, bars, cafes, fun-pubs, restaurants, nightclub.
